How long for my suit to be made?
Around 4-5 weeks for Straight to Finish and around 8 weeeks for bespoke made to measure

How do I receive my suit?
Straight to finish suits will be send by Interlink Courier.
Bespoke made to measure are normally collected in person just to make sure they fit perfectly. If you cannot collect your suit then a charge of £13.50 is made for courier.

What if my suit doesn't fit or I'm not happy with it?
Ace Face take no responsibility for Straight to Fit suits not fitting properly. If you have been professionally measured by a tailor then your suit will fit. You may however wish to have the suit more tapered and an alterations company can do this for you. Trousers are left unfinished so you can have the length finished off. If you are very large around the waist you may struggle for the suit jacket to hang correctly, in which case there is very little that can be done

We cannot offer refunds either in part or whole for either Straight to Finish or Bespoke made to measure. We regularly make suits for overseas customers and have never had any problems with suit fittings so providing your measurements are accurate your suit will fit.
