How long for my suit to be made?
A bespoke suit takes around 8 weeks.
Made to measure takes around 6 weeks.

How do I receive my suit?
Bespoke suits are collected from Savile Row when you come for your final fitting.

Made to measure suits will be sent by postal courier company. A signature will be required when delivered. Usual delivery takes between 2-5 days.

Payment
Bespoke - you will be sent an invoice for 50% after being measured which will require paying before your suit is started. The final balance will be sent 2 weeks before your suit is completed and this must be paid & cleared before you collect your suit.

Made to measure - payment by cheque must be sent with your order. If any further charges are applicable, such as being measured at our tailors in Savile Row, you will be sent an invoice that must be paid & cleared before your finished suit is sent to you.

What about other tonic colours?
We have many exciting colours being developed for the future. Our website will be updated when new tonic colour is introduced. By joining our mailing list you'll be the first to hear about them.

What if my suit doesn't fit or I'm not happy with it?
Obviously having a bespoke suit means you see the progress of the suit, so it's unlikely you'll be unhappy with the finished result.

Made to measure suits rely on you giving us your measurements, so it's really important that these are taken correctly as alterations are chargeable. If you're not happy though with your suit, we'll be happy to discuss and hopefully resolve any problems. Unfortunately though we cannot offer refunds either in part or whole.

Overseas Customers
And we cater for you peeps too. Have a professional tailor measure you, complete the downloadable order form and add £50 to the cost to cover air courier postage and packaging.
